Interesting point of view...........

I thought this quote was interesting and pertinent to my previous blog. Especially considering the frame of reference of the man who said it.
It comes from Alvin Toffler who was a futurist very involved in the technological revolution, a colleague of Bill Gates and an editor of Fortune magazine.

He said:

Society needs people who...know how to be compassionate and honest....Society needs all kinds of skills that are not just cognitive; they're emotional, they're affectional. You can't run the society on data and computers alone.

Just some food for thought.
