Last Saturday Tiffany, Melaney, Carly, Mary and I made our usual trip to bluebonnet country. Last year the flowers were unbelievable. I think we were a little early this year. The yellow fields were beautiful but the bluebonnets and paint brushes had not peaked. We had a wonderful time as usual. Tiffany was quite a trooper! She was in there shooting at all levels even though she is majorly with child! Mary had a great time because her dad got her a small digital camera so she could take pictures as well. Best idea Ever! She was out there very involved and actually took quite a few very good pics. You go girl! Guess we are going to try to go back in a week or so since they say this is supposed to be a spectacular year. However, I am not sure they can beat last year. Just think, next year we will be photographing 2 grandbabies in the flowers. How fun will that be!!! Here are a few of my favorites. I will post the rest of them on my photo blog.
The flowers are not the only beautiful thing blooming this year!!!

Hope you enjoy………to see more just click on my photography blog.
i am crazy over the picture of Tiffany with her belly standing in the flowers! CRAZY OVER IT! As always, you gals did a remarkable job with the pics, and I can't wait to see the rest. We're hoping to go in the next week as well, so hopefully we'll hit the peak!!
My name is Stephen Janes, and I was a fifth grade friend of Melaney's (Melaney, Lauren Ward, Alex De Sosa, and I used to walk home from Commonwealth Elementary School with each other.) I just recently found out about Melaney's accident from this blog. I do not know what exactly happened or her current condition, but I did some research on what I assume her condition to be and found an article about Ambien being able to "awaken" people who have suffered brain damage. I would not be surprised if you have already heard of the study, but just in case you have not I have attached a link to the article and think it may be worth a shot. I believe if anyone can recover from an accident such as this, it would be Melaney. Let me know if this was helpful; I believe follow-up comments should be sent to my email address. I hope she gets better.

glad you all had a great time. I enjoyed the pictures. You definitely have a good photographer's eye.
